Shipping & Policies
Items are ready to ship within 1-10 business days. Custom and made to order turn around time could be anywhere from 4-6 weeks.
Orders within the U.S. will be shipped via USPS, a tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment.
International orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Please note that you, as the buyer, will be responsible for any customs or duty fees that may be incurred.
If you need your piece in a rush, email me before ordering.
If you are purchasing an item as a gift, I am happy to include a personalized note to the recipient, just leave a note at checkout with your message!
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me immediately to discuss a resolution. I will exchange eligible items or refund your purchase, less the cost of shipping, once the item has been returned to me in its original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and a return tracking number is required. Refunds/exchanges will not be given after 3 days.
All jewelry items are final sale and not eligible for return, unless it arrives damaged.
If an item arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage - including the packaging, and email me at email@example.com We will discuss a resolution at that time.
